Product Info

Made from stainless steel, our bar blades are the perfect tool for your bar, club, or venue staff to reinforce your brand (and to open your bottles!) They are also a great piece of saleable merchandise.

Your bar blades will come with a single-sided full colour print in the middle of the blade.

The print on the metal is transparent so darker colours work better. Simple, black designs look really strong!

Bar blade dimensions

  • 180 x 40 x 2mm

As our products are lovingly handmade, we need to allow for 1-2mm tolerance of movement when printing, cutting and constructing, so bear this in mind when creating your designs, especially those with borders.

Our bar blades are sublimation printed which means the colour and definition of the finished print may vary slightly to that of your digital artwork and other products using the same design.

If you have specific colour requirements please get in touch and we can advise how best to place your order. If you'd like us to check if your artwork will be suitable before placing your order, drop us an email to and we'd be happy to take a look for you!

Artwork guide

Creating your Artwork
Print area: 102 x 34mm
The starting point and most important aspect of a printing job is your design. Making sure that your artwork file is sent across to us correctly is crucial...

Technical specifications

  • Colour: CMYK
  • File Format: PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS
  • Resolution: 300DPI

A few tips to get brilliant results...

Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result when printed. Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not usually adequate to create a quality job.

Want us to help position your logo or design on the bar blade? Just upload your design and tell us the positioning you'd prefer in the comments - we'd be happy to help!
